Spot on Marjan. It's like going back to work too soon after you've been ill. Pushing yourself is counterproductive in the short term and the long term. Rest is wholly underrated in the West as a way of becoming more productive. It seems that only action, action, action is valued.

Totally, Rosemary. Running around like mad rabbits without a clue about where we're going seems to be the thing to do. No more. Sure, I still fall prey to it regularly but I like to think I'm getting better at pausing and re-evaluating. Life is simple unless you complicate it. Unfortunately, us Westerners are very good at complicating it! 🤔
